Apple has gone down by 6% popularity which has also brought down stocks for "Apple Inc."!!! Personaly I have no idea why? Apple was going steadilly up around 3% per week! Could it be a new Trojan for Leopard! This new Trojan can wipe a whole server system! just like the one on the Alaskan Server! But another person studied this, and it seems 1 Apple store in Texas has been robbed, they got away with around 120 Macs! maybe since Service Pack1 has been released to the Public last week! whatever this is, Apple isn't happy.

Although Microsoft has given a final notice to OEM PC makers. as of 1/1/08 All OEM PC’s must be running Windows Vista. Dell refuses to let this happen, the Dell CEO made an announcment saying ” If they won’t budge, we’ll go to Linux!” of course he was serious, and microsoft has a chance of loosing 40% of there PC market even worse, Dell customers may move to Apple, which Is seriously catching on! Dell plans to pursuade Microsoft, and try to get a longer term settlement for XP till’ 2009 or SP2.

In a recent private developers conference Microsoft CEO Steve Balmer leaked some serious information on XP SP3, that a GUI may change. If this change will go down, get ready for a new GFX Cad XP users. see vista isn’t so bad once Xp is so bad. Today for the first time, Balmer accept the fact he said “And that leads us to the new GUI but thats another story.” Nice Balmer!

Mac Minis, New Alternative?

I’ve seen many new Mac users start with mac Minis, probably because of the excellent price! But with the small box comes a lot of pain! Apple has only newly put a fan on the processor, which means older models may have overheats more commonly! But the plus is that the box is only about the size of a jewel case! All in all the Mac Mini is an excellent desktop alternative to ANY desktop PC!

Zune Copies Apple

Many people complain that the new 2nd generation Zune’s are very much the same, some beg to differ. In my own opinion I love the new Zune’s and many others do, I’ve always wondered, “Why do Apple Fans complain when Microsoft Copies, but not when Nokia Does?”! The new Zune may have a new track/touch pad, and yes, It has new brushed aluminum, but so what, so do many other MP3 Players!!! Now I think its time for all those Cupertino Guys to give Microsoft a break, Just because they SUCK at Operating Systems, this means nothing! Their Zune is an excellent device and if used properly, can do some amazing things!

Vista Compatible Machines Not Compatible?

As I was talking to a friend he said he was having compatibility issues with Vista (Not unusual). As I took a look at his PC it showed a “This Computer is Compatible With Vista” Sticker. So he installed Vista and to a surprise, he had many Drivers that were not supported! all that were shipped with this PC! Then I asked myself, “How can a Vista compatible machine have Problems with Drivers?!” But what we found out is that its only the system requirements, not drivers! So, If you are still running on Windows XP, and your PC says it’s compatible, run the compatibility test from Microsoft’s Website, if there are no Driver errors, or other errors, go on ahead and upgrade!
